- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Paid extra for the insurance and they dropped the ball and never handled it, three different times. Now I have to pay because they neglected to do their job. They didn't attach a form that was needed. I paid they over $500 to do my taxes and now I have to pay another $1,000 because they neglected to include a form!!! No one takes any responsibility for not doing the job I paid them to do!!!By Rene Graham, August 15, 2017
